1.1 This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract relates to the sale of movable property between the company Maison K Srls, with registered office in Viale Mentana 45 43121 Parma (PR), VAT number 02883930345 ("Maison K Srls") and the consumer (the "Customer") . The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Maison K Srls of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the internet, following an invitation to offer content in teleshopping broadcasts, on the website www. nataliezinelli.com (the "Site") and/or through other distance selling systems of Maison K Srls, on the basis of the methods described in the following article 3.

1.2 These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") and, in particular, the information pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Maison K Srls and reported on the Site, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Maison K Srls. Any changes and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date on which they will be communicated to the public and will apply to sales made after that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is the one available on the Site.

The sales prices of the products illustrated on the Site and/or through any other distance selling systems of Maison K Srls are to be considered inclusive of VAT

Delivery costs are indicated on the Site and/or through any other Maison K Srls distance selling systems and, in the case of a telephone order, repeated to the Customer by the telephone operator.

3.1 - The Contract by telephone is finalized by communicating to the Customer (who has contacted Maison K Srls by telephone and formulated, on that occasion, a purchase proposal also providing the operator with the data necessary for the registration procedure of his name , the purchase order and the chosen payment method) that the proposal is accepted.

3.2 – In the case of purchase proposals sent via the Website, the Customer will receive a summary e-mail from Maison K Srls, with which he will be informed that his purchase proposal is being processed and will be considered accepted, unless otherwise communicated e-mail or telephone sent by Maison K Srls within 10 (ten) calendar days of receipt of the summary e-mail. Once this term has elapsed, the Internet Contract is to be considered perfected.

3.3 - The Customer will be allowed to pay by any means of payment indicated as valid by Maison K Srls on the Site from time to time.

4.1 – deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 10 (ten) working days from the conclusion of the Contract. The delivery of the items takes place via Postal Service or private courier throughout the national territory.

4.2 - Any complaint can be forwarded to the following email address:  info@zinellicollection.com

4.3 – The shipping cost is always charged to the buyer.

In the event of non-delivery of the goods due to incorrect communication of the address or due to the absence of the recipient, the reshipment will again be borne by the buyer in addition to the reimbursement of the cost for the "return to sender".

Maison K Srls is not liable for damage caused by the carrier during transport or for delays in deliveries or anything else not attributable to it.

In case of tampering and/or complaints:

Any claims for damage or tampering during transport must be reported directly to the Courier, if necessary, refusing delivery. By signing and accepting the delivery, Maison K Srls is not liable for any damage or tampering.

For clarifications, ask the courier directly at the time.

Upon delivery of the material by the courier, the customer must verify that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise damaged.

In one of these cases, the goods must be accepted with reserve or sent back to the sender.

The mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as the loss or damage, must be immediately reported to the courier.

Maison K Srls accepts the customer's orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products existing in the warehouse. Therefore, the acceptance by Maison K Srls of the purchase proposal forwarded by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock.

Maison K Srls undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseeable out-of-stocks due to excess demand or other causes.

For the products purchased by the Customer, the rules on guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods are applicable to Maison K Srls.

The Customer declares and guarantees: (i) to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) to be of legal age; (iii) that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.

8.1 – The Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days of receiving the products.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned term, by expressing it by means of a written communication to the headquarters of Maison K Srls pursuant to art. 4, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by telegram, telex, e-mail or fax.

8.2 – The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice within 10 working days of receiving the products. Only items that have not yet been used and kept in the original packaging are accepted. The return must be made at any POSTE ITALIANE office by registered mail or ordinary parcel, it must NEVER be sent by normal or priority mail (which do not provide for the issue of a receipt). The receipt must be kept until the exchange or refund has been received.

8.3 – The costs of returning the products are charged to the Customer. Maison K Srls will return, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full price paid by the Customer by bank transfer, PayPal refund, bank check equal to the value of the goods correctly returned in all its parts and functionality .

8.4 – In case of replacement of the goods, the items will be sent without additional shipping costs. In the event that further replacements are requested for the same order, the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.

9.1 Pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 regarding the protection of personal data (hereinafter the "Code"), we inform you that your personal data, provided and/or or acquired subsequently, will be processed by Maison K Srls, in Italy and abroad, through electronic and manual tools in compliance with the Code and current legislation on privacy.

Purpose of the treatment

The data collected is processed for the following purposes:

to. conclude purchase and sale contracts;

c. carry out the fulfilments necessary to execute the contractual relationship in place;

d. send commercial information, advertising, informative and promotional material, by any means (email, sms, etc.);

And. carry out, also by telephone contact, market research, economic and statistical analyzes in order to verify the correct functioning of the services and their approval;

f. process personalized information about the consumption habits and orientation of the interested parties;

The provision of data is mandatory for the conclusion of the purchase contract, optional in other cases. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to execute the order placed.

Categories of subjects to whom the data will be transmitted

The processing of the personal data in question, for the purposes set out above, may also be carried out by natural or legal persons, in Italy or abroad, who on behalf and/or in the interest of Maison K Srls provide specific processing services or who carry out related, instrumental or support activities.

Therefore, your data may also be communicated for the same purposes indicated to:

– anyone who is a legitimate recipient of communications required by law or regulation (such as, for example: offices and public authorities);

– anyone who is the recipient of communications necessary to fulfill the obligations deriving from the services provided;

– third-party companies specialized in the management of commercial and credit-related information (such as, for example, data processing centres, banks, etc.).

Your data will also be processed by:

– companies and/or collaborators for the management of administrative services which are used to fulfill one's legal or contractual obligations;

– other subjects (companies, companies, natural persons) who collaborate in the realization of the services and purposes indicated, even abroad.

These subjects operate as Appropriately appointed and instructed Managers or Appointees.

Data Retention

All the data acquired cannot be used for other purposes than those indicated above and will be kept for the period necessary for the realization of the same. After this term, the data will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form. For detailed data on purchases and services, storage times will not exceed those established by current legislation.

Rights of the interested party

Without prejudice to your right to exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Code at any time, in particular: the right to access your personal data, request rectification, updating and cancellation if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of current legislation, as well as to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons, by sending a written request to the headquarters of Maison K Srls pursuant to art. 4, or directly through the methods indicated on the site on the data access page.

The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will be the responsibility of the Court of Florence
